Kids' play areas are just a builder's checkbox
Did a site visit to Omaxe Celestia Royal on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. Kids ke liye jo play area dikhaya, woh sirf naam ka lag raha tha. Matlab, is it really usable for active children, ya bas ek ticked-off checkbox hai? My wife's priority is a safe, proper space for them. Also, water supply reliability ka kya scene hai wahan? Tanker dependency toh nahi hogi na daily? Really need expert advice on this.

Yaar, totally agree with you on the play area point. Aajkal har builder ka yahi haal hai, bas ek swing aur slide laga ke bol dete hain kids' zone. My brother checked out a project near Saini Majra, same story. It's like they think kids only need a tiny patch of grass. Aur water supply, that's a huge red flag. Is Omaxe Celestia Royal RERA registered hai bhi ya nahi?
