Kids' safety is my biggest worry too
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city, needing a 3BHK for my kids. Okay I'll say what no one says: most Pune builders just tick boxes for kids' amenities. Shubh Veda's play area looked great on paper, but it's tiny, unsafe, and right next to a dusty construction site even post-possession. Promised amenities vs. delivered reality is a joke. Forget the glossy brochures; my wife's priority is a safe place for children, not just a checked box. The poor construction quality makes me doubt overall safety. Disagree? Tell me why.
Bhai, Shubh Veda toh abhi upcoming hai na, possession 2030 mein hai. How can you judge their actual amenities already? Glossy brochures sabke hote hain, but you can't say it's 'unsafe' for a project that's not even built yet.
Totally agree yaar! Same experience in Hadapsar. Builders just care about sales, not actual usability.
