₹1.8 crore budget for a 3BHK in Noida – is that even realistic anymore? I'm looking mainly in Sector 52 because of the schools. My wife's priority is safety for the children, so gated communities are a must. Has anyone invested in Ratan Housing Development Ltd projects? Their payment plans seem flexible, but I'm worried about construction delays I've heard so much about. Should I stick to ready-to-move flats instead? Also, honestly not sure if I should even be buying now with interest rates so high. Is it worth it to keep renting for another year and see if prices cool down? What's the real rental yield like in Sector 52? Need some experienced opinions before taking the plunge!
