Kingson Buildtech or Sector 140A for investment?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida. What do you think about Kingson Buildtech Pvt. Ltd.? Has anyone here invested with them? Also, I've been considering Sector 140A. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the future development plans there? Which one is better for long-term ROI? Mujhe advice chahiye. Is it a good time to buy now or wait? Any suggestions are welcome! What's your take?
