Fed up of renting! Kingson The Home seems cheaper, but is it worth it? Gaursons 6th Avenue mein carpet area kitna hai? Also, resale value kiski better hogi?
Since last year I'm looking at Noida options. Kingson The Home is cheap, but smaller flats. My kids need space, toh 2BHK won't cut it. Amrapali Crystal Homes is bigger, but OC mil gaya kya? Worried about builder reputation, yaar. Is it safe for family, or too risky?
Kingson's price point is way lower. Swastik Residency is costlier, but is it worth double the price? Kingson is ready to move, so no possession risk. What's the rental yield difference?
Kingson The Home is cheap, but Amrapali Crystal Homes is ready to move, right? I'm based in Dubai and can't do site visits easily. Need peace of mind and rental income, so ready hai toh sahi hai.
I'm thinking of upgrading from my current 2BHK. Godrej Riverine is super expensive, like crores! Kingson The Home is way more affordable, but ready to move. Is the price jump worth it for Riverine? Riverine is upcoming, so possession mein time lagega. Kingson is ready, but carpet area kitna hoga? Also, resale value kiski zyada hogi after 5 years? Already have a home loan, so EMI will be hefty. What's everyone's opinion?
