Just got possession of my 2BHK in Kirtane Baug last month, and honestly, the final cost was a shocker. That initial ₹75L quote from Navlakha Constructions turned into almost ₹85L after everything. Things like PLC, parking, and those weird 'utility connection' charges really add up, nobody tells you that upfront. I tried negotiating, but they seemed pretty firm. For anyone still looking in areas like Baner-Balewadi or NIBM Road, how much did your *actual* all-in cost differ from the initial quote? Did you manage to negotiate anything beyond minor discounts?
