Kismatpur: Water supply aur traffic pe advice chahiye

Okay I'll be honest — Kismatpur mein property dekh raha hoon, 3BHK ke liye 1.5 Cr tak ka budget hai. But water supply ka bahut tension hai. Kya yahaan borewell pe hi depend karna padta hai mostly, ya municipal water bhi aata hai properly? Aur tankers kitne lagte hain monthly, unka cost kya hai? Also, Financial District commute kaisa hai? Traffic bahut hota hai kya peak hours mein? Log kya bolte hain daily experience ke baare mein, especially morning/evening? Any first-hand experiences would be super helpful.
