Is the all-in cost for a 2BHK in Kithiganur from The Icon Properties really what they quote? Builder ne ₹90L bol diya for a 2BHK. But I'm worried about hidden charges like PLC, parking, and is super area vs carpet area ka difference bahut zyada hota hai? Kya kya extra expect karna chahiye post-booking?
