Kiwale's daily grind: Water, traffic, and the real picture
Renting in Pune is just pouring money down the drain, yaar. My landlord just hiked rent AGAIN, so I'm finally taking the plunge and looking to buy. Kiwale seems to offer decent 2BHK options around ₹65-70L, which fits my budget for a first home. But I'm seriously worried about the water situation there. Is it mostly borewell or municipal supply? Kitni tanker dependency hai, especially in summers? And the traffic, oh god. For Hinjewadi commute, is it really that bad from Kiwale? Will the proposed metro extension really help ya it's still far off? I can't afford to spend hours daily just traveling. Any current residents can share their day-to-day experience? What’s the resale market like there if I need to upgrade in 5-7 years? Am I overthinking this?

Totally feel you, yaar! Meri bhi same kahani hai, landlord ne toh jaan kha rakhi hai. Kiwale ka budget looks tempting but woh water aur connectivity ka darr hai. Main bhi 60-70L ki range mein hi dekh raha hoon. Hinjewadi commute toh nightmare hai, I know. Kya karein?
Sahi kaha bhai, Hinjewadi commute toh nightmare hai. Mere ek friend ne Kiwale se try kiya tha, 2 ghante lagte the peak hours mein.
