Kiwi Rama Homes mein daily life ka kya scene hai after moving in? I got possession for my 2BHK a couple months back, abhi settle ho raha hoon. Brochure mein jo amenities dikhaye the, like the club house and gym, kitne useful hain actually? Pool toh accha lagta hai, but use kitna hota hai, not sure. Kids play area theek hai. But real concern is noise levels and air quality. Sohna mein overall development is good, but is it genuinely good for daily living, ya sirf investment ke liye sahi hai? Koi aur bhi hai jo recently move in kiya hai yahan? What's your first-hand experience with the society's overall vibe? Maintenance charges bhi kaise hain?

U8, mere ek dost ne is builder ke ek aur project mein Airport Road (Gurgaon side) par book kiya tha. Unko bhi 6-8 months ka delay mila tha. So, expect delays, don't keep your hopes too high for on-time possession.

Maine Badshahpur side bhi dekha tha, but Kiwi Rama Homes ka location thoda better laga tha, but budget out ho gaya mera.
