Knowledge Park 1 — the premium for a 3BHK here feels completely unjustified, honestly. I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 137, thinking of upgrading. Builders like Godrej Properties or ATS quote prices that seem sky-high, especially with all the recent land allotment rate hikes. But the actual carpet area vs super area, and then these endless PLCs, it's like a never-ending money pit. Is this price jump worth it, ya sirf marketing hai? Kisi ko unexpected costs aaye hain after possession? Already have a home loan, can't afford more financial shocks.

Totally relate! Builders in that area are quoting insane. I'm also looking for a 3BHK, and the difference from a 2BHK in Sector 137 feels huge, especially in Knowledge Park 1.
Haan bhai, same here. I saw a Godrej project there, and the price per sqft they quoted was almost 15-20% higher than what I expected, even after factoring in the premium location. It just feels like a trap for upgraders.
