Knowledge Park 2 — been eyeing this area for a few months now for investment. With Jewar Airport ke updates, I'm trying to find underpriced assets before everything gets super expensive. My budget is around ₹80L-₹1.2Cr for a 2BHK. Builders like Nehra Infra Homes, do they actually offer any price correction? Brokers toh bolte hain no negotiation, but I'm not sure. Kya Greater Noida mein abhi bhi koi specific zones hain jahan real value mil sakti hai, maybe Yamuna Expressway ke paas? Or have prices already peaked everywhere? Also, broker ke through jaana better hai ya direct builder se for better negotiation? I wanna maximize my deal value.

Yaar, Knowledge Park 2 mein undervalued property milna ab mushkil hai. Jewar ka hype toh already price mein reflect ho gaya hai. Maine bhi dekha tha 6 mahine pehle, tab bhi prices high the. Nehra Infra Homes ka toh sunte hain quality mein compromise karte hain. Broker se direct deal karna mushkil hai.
