₹1.8 crore for a 3BHK in Knowledge Park 5 — is this actually the going rate now? My wife wants to finalize a flat near good schools for the kids' admission. Safety is a big concern for us. Has anyone lived there? Kya property prices justified hain? Is it safe for children to play outside?

Actually, my friend also bought a 3BHK there recently for around 1.75 Cr. It's a premium location now, especially with good schools nearby. Safety ke liye toh society gates hain na, usually that's enough for kids to play.

Totally agree with what you're saying! Humne Alpha II mein bhi dekha tha, wahan bhi rates touch kar rahe hain 1.6-1.7 Cr for similar configurations. It's just the market now, people are ready to pay for good infrastructure and school access.
Haan bhai, market mein prices badh gaye hain. Noida Extension mein bhi ab rates upar hain. Knowledge Park 5 is considered a prime location due to its connectivity and proximity to good schools. 1.8 Cr for a decent 3BHK is not unheard of now, unfortunately.
