My lease ends in 4 months and I still haven't figured this out, especially with Knowledge Park Greater Noida. I'm so fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, finally taking the plunge. But honestly, the more I research, the more hidden risks pop up there. Builders promise possession dates but I'm hearing stories about 2-3 year delays, and then surprise PLC or club charges appearing at the last minute. The brochure looks great, but what's the ground reality? Is the water and power infrastructure actually reliable? Don't want to get stuck with a flat that's a headache. Are these just isolated cases or a common issue for projects there? Any specific red flags to watch out for?
