Did a site visit to a couple of projects near Kogilu last weekend, and tbh, I'm a bit concerned about the water situation. Builders promise borewell and tanker supply, but what's the actual ground reality for residents? My parents keep saying water is a huge issue in Bangalore. Also, thinking long-term, how's the resale market around Kogilu/Hosa Road? Is it easy to exit if needed, or do properties sit for ages? Hope someone has real-world experience.
