Kogilu/Hosa Road: Real water woes vs builder promises?

Kogilu / Hosa Road clusters. I'm looking at a 2BHK here, around ₹90L, Prestige-Godrej projects. I know their sales spiel, but real mein water supply ka kya scene hai? Borewell pe kitna depend karna padta hai? And evening traffic near ORR, kitna headache hai? Long-term investment soch raha hoon, but daily issues matter.

Bhai, you're asking the right questions! Kogilu/Hosa Road mein water is a HUGE issue. Prestige-Godrej projects might have better internal systems, but the source is still borewell dependent. My friend booked in a Brigade project nearby, aur summer mein tanker ka bill apartment maintenance se zyada aata hai. ₹90L for a 2BHK there feels a bit steep given the infra issues. Have you checked other areas like Baiyappanahalli side for better value?
