Kokapet — just moved into a Sumadhura project here a couple of months back. Honestly, the society is great, but I'm constantly wondering if I timed my purchase right. I was looking for a 3BHK, budget around ₹1.5 Cr. Gachibowli felt too expensive, and Narsingi seemed a bit far from my office. Settled on this spot, thinking it was a good balance. Now that I'm in, I keep hearing about prices still rising, but also whispers of a potential slowdown. Did I jump in at the peak? Is there still significant appreciation left for properties around the ORR, especially with Metro Phase 2 coming up? What are others' first-hand experiences after buying recently in areas like Kokapet or Tellapur? It's my first home here, so honestly not sure what to expect long-term. Should I be worried about holding too long, or is Hyderabad's growth just unstoppable? Any thoughts on future outlook would be really helpful.
