Kokapet for families — what's the real deal?

Kokapet keeps coming up every time I shortlist for a 3BHK. Prices there feel pretty high, honestly. I'm seeing ₹1.8 Cr for decent 3BHKs, which is a stretch. Are these prices justified, or is there negotiation room? My budget is closer to ₹1.5 Cr max. We need to upgrade for our growing family; kids' school admission is a big factor. My wife's priority is good schools nearby and a safe environment. What's real daily life like? Is it too crowded, or does it have a good community feel for families?
