₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK in Baner is making me think. I'm currently in a 2BHK, planning to upgrade. Kolte-Patil, Godrej, aur Kumar Properties ke projects dekhe hain. Yaar, inki construction quality aur on-time delivery ka kya scene hai? Already home loan hai, so no surprises please. Is the price jump worth it?

Godrej ka naam toh bahut suna hai, premium lagte hain. But ek friend ne बताया था, Ambegaon mein unka project ka possession thoda late hua tha. Quality achhi thi, but delays were definitely there. That's
