Kolte-Patil quality is overrated, Godrej has hidden charges

Visited a few projects last weekend in Baner-Balewadi, checking out Godrej and Kolte-Patil. Currently in a 2BHK in Pimple Saudagar, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr. Okay, I'll say what no one says: Kolte-Patil's construction quality, honestly, feels overrated for the premium they charge. Saw some plaster cracks and average finishing already. And Godrej, while a big name, seems to have a knack for hidden charges during possession, like extra maintenance deposits and PLC adjustments. Are these just standard issues across all Pune builders? Or am I expecting too much from these 'premium' brands? Kumar Properties ka delivery track record toh sahi hai, but I'm worried about long-term quality. Is the price jump worth it for these issues? Disagree? Tell me why.
