5 site visits in Baner and Hinjewadi, still torn. I work in RE, but buying for myself is different. UC vs RTM is hitting hard. Kolte-Patil has a ₹90L 2BHK in Baner, 2-year possession. RERA's there, but delays are real. Is potential appreciation worth the risk, or should I just go RTM?
