Kompally real experience: is the commute that bad?

Honestly, I feel a bit duped by all the Kompally hype. I'm currently in a 2BHK near Gachibowli, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa in Kompally. But yaar, the commute is a nightmare sometimes. Brochures mein sab smooth roads dikhate hain, but traffic aur congestion bilkul high hai. Plus, basic infra, like proper footpaths ya good local markets, itni easily accessible nahi lagte. Is the price jump worth it for this ground reality? Anyone else feel the same about Kompally? What's your real experience living there daily, not just the weekend visits?
