Has Koregaon Park truly peaked for investment, or are there still undervalued pockets? I'm in real estate myself, but buying here feels different. Seeing prices around 20k/sqft. Which specific sectors, maybe near Lane 1 or 2, offer real appreciation potential? I know the usual builder tricks, but need unbiased investor opinions.
