Visited a few builders like Kolte-Patil and Godrej Properties for 2BHKs in Baner. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. We're looking to sell our old 3BHK in Kothrud, it's quite old, around 20 years. Resale market mein kya scene hai for older properties? Is it tough to get a good price for a large, older flat in a prime area like Kothrud, near hospitals? Thinking of buying something manageable, maybe ready-to-move 2BHK, for around ₹80-90L. Any insights on selling old property in Pune and buying new?

Kothrud ka flat, 20 saal purana? Yaar, meri bhi yahi tension hai. Old properties ka resale market mein kya scene hai, especially jab naye projects itne aa rahe hain. Price achha milega kya? Baner mein 80-90L for 2BHK sounds okay, but ready-to-move mein option kam milte hain.
Exactly! Kothrud prime location hai, but age factor toh hota hai na. Log naya prefer
