Builder promises are just marketing until proven otherwise, especially for us seniors. Kids have moved out, so we're selling our big Kothrud house. Looking for a compact 2BHK around NIBM Road, something manageable with good hospital access. Shrinivas Developers' Savita Calysta looks decent on paper. But I'm worried about their customer support after booking, yaar. Do they actually pick up the phone for queries? And amenities ka kya scene hai? What's promised vs what's actually delivered, like the lift and society maintenance? Resale value bhi bahut important hai for future planning, will it hold up in 5-7 years? Kya lagta hai aap logon ko? Any real experiences with Shrinivas Developers ya Savita Calysta? Please share your thoughts. Thanks!

Arre yaar, yeh builder promises wali baat toh har jagah ki kahani hai. Kothrud se NIBM shift karna sounds like a good plan for a senior couple, especially for hospital access. Savita Calysta ka naam maine bhi suna hai but Shrinivas Developers ka track record kaisa hai, sach mein koi idea nahi. Customer support aur amenities ka toh sabse bada headache hota hai. Brochure mein jo dikhate hain, woh real life mein milta bhi hai kya? Aur resale value ka toh tension rehta hi hai. Koi batao bhai, inka RERA number kya hai? Aur possession date kya chal rahi hai
