KR Puram's current pricing feels stretched, honestly. I work in real estate, but buying for myself means I see through the hype. I'm looking at a 2BHK near Garudachar Palya for around ₹78L. ₹78L for a 2BHK in Garudachar Palya? Bhai, yeh toh bahut zyada lag raha hai. I was checking out properties near Aavalahalli a few months back, and even those were coming cheaper. KR Puram mein itna surge kaise? Lagta hai builder hype kar raha hai. Waiting 6-8 months sounds like a better plan, interest rates bhi thode settle ho sakte hain.
