posted on 5 MayKrishna Apartment: ₹70L pe investment worth it hai?
Krishna Apartment ka real total cost kya padta hai, hidden charges include karke? I'm looking at a 2BHK, around ₹70L for my first investment. Honestly not sure if this price point is actually good for capital appreciation. Kya lagta hai, 5-7 saal mein kitna return dega? Aur, iski resale market kaisi hai? Matlab, exit strategy mein koi problem toh nahi aayegi, ya fir ghost society ka risk hai? Community ko kya lagta hai?

1994 possession? That's almost 30 years old! Is it even possible to get a home loan for such an old property? And what about the structural integrity? 70L for a 2BHK in a 30-year-old building, sounds like a trap for capital appreciation.
Aur parking
Exactly! Per sqft rate kya hai? Aur 250 units hain, toh society active hogi, but maintenance charges kitne hain, ye bhi pata karna padega. Sometimes old societies have very high maintenance.
Actually, in Delhi, many old properties in prime localities like Anand Niketan still command good value, but mostly for self-use or rental yield, not rapid capital appreciation. The current market is more focused on new, RERA-registered projects with modern amenities. For a 30-year-old building, 70L for 2BHK needs to be scrutinised heavily for per sqft cost and amenities. What's the per sqft rate they are quoting?
I almost bought an old flat in Anand Vihar a couple of years back, similar age. The quoted price was low, but once we started looking into society dues, repair fund, and potential renovation costs, it shot up. Plus, loan options for such old properties are also tougher. Be very careful, especially for a first home, it can become a money pit.
Meri friend ne Alaknanda mein liya tha, society ne baad mein lift replacement ke liye huge amount maang liya. Aise unexpected expenses aate rehte hain.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Loan ka bhi issue aata hai. Upar se builder ka track record kaise pata chale 1994 ka? Koi RERA details bhi nahi milengi toh kaise trust karein?
Krishna Apartment? 1994 possession date? Bhai, ye to bahut purana project hai. First investment ke liye itna old property lena sahi hai kya? Hidden charges toh honge hi renovation ke naam pe, aur society maintenance alag.
Typo nahi hoga, aise projects hote hain. But capital appreciation ka sochna toh bekar hai. Maintenance bhi bahut high hogi aur loan bhi mushkil se milta hai itne old properties pe. Careful raho.
Exactly! 1994? Lagta hai post mein typo hai ya fir koi bahut hi purana project hai jo ab resale mein hai. Kaunsa builder hai ye?
