Krishna Apartment buyers, what's the amenity reality?

Was supposed to decide by last month but I'm just so fed up with what I'm hearing about Krishna Apartment. I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, and the ₹64 L–₹1.30 Cr range for a 3BHK seemed good. But the amenity reality check is a nightmare. The brochure showed a proper clubhouse and a functional gym, but I'm hearing from current residents it's barely half-done or just a shell. Maintenance charges are also apparently way higher than what was quoted initially. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch. Is it genuinely good to live in daily, or just good on paper? I don't want to pay a premium for amenities that don't exist. Has anyone else faced this with Krishna Apartment? What did you do?
