Spent a good part of Saturday checking out Krishna Apartment. Honestly, I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a different ballgame. Builders ki marketing game toh pata hai. Everyone talks about the 'potential' for capital appreciation here, but I'm not seeing it. Matlab, ₹64-80L range mein, is there *real* upside left? Pre-launch se ab tak kitna move hua hai actually? Aur builder ka track record? Project delivery mein kitna bharosa kar sakte hain? Off the record, market mein stories suni hain ki kaafi projects late hue hain. Is this one different? Rental yield bhi kitna expect kar sakte hain yahan? Seems like a lot of hype for average returns. Change my mind, is Krishna Apartment actually a solid investment?

Bhai, I totally get where you're coming from. ₹64-80L is a huge amount for a first-time buyer like me. If the appreciation isn't real, toh it's just a dead investment. My budget is tight, so every penny counts. Builder ka track record sunkar toh darr hi lagta hai.
