Bhai, you're not alone! I booked a 2BHK there thinking it would be a quick investment given the location in Ahinsa Khand 1. Possession date was supposed to be April 2019, right? Ab toh 2020 aa gaya hai aur still no clear picture. My initial calculations for rental income are completely off. This builder ne toh poora game kharab kar diya hai for first-time buyers like us who rely on timely delivery. Bahut tension ho rahi hai.
