Krishna Kunj keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. Currently in a 2BHK near University Road, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK ya small villa. Builders like Balaji Group aur Galaxy Group ke projects dekhe hain. Prices ₹80L-₹1.1Cr tak ja rahe hain for a good 3BHK. Honestly not sure if this price jump is really justified. Kya negotiation ka scope hai Rajkot mein, especially for Krishna Kunj? Aur maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? Already home loan hai, so extra costs matter.

Totally relate, bhai! I'm also looking for a 3BHK in Rajkot, and Krishna Kunj ka premium price dekh ke dimaag ghoom jaata hai. Lagta hai sirf location ke paise le rahe hain, amenities utni khaas nahi lagti for the price point. Swimming pool aur gym toh ab har project mein hota hai. Kya sach mein itna worth it hai invest karna, ya sirf naam ka hype hai?
Nahi yaar, worth it toh bilkul nahi lagta. Budget
