Visited 3BHKs in Krishna Kunj last weekend. I'm upgrading. How's the water supply there? Is it consistent, or borewell dependent? Trying to justify the premium.

Rajkot mein property prices waise bhi high chal rahe hain, aur uspar agar water ka issue ho toh investment worth it nahi lagta. Budget mein aur options dekhne chahiye, ya fir builder se written commitment leni chahiye for water supply, with penalty clauses for non-compliance. Otherwise, it's just a risk.
Honestly, I think Krishna Kunj is a good option. My friend lives in Phase 1, and she says water supply is consistent, even if it's borewell. They have good storage tanks too. Location bhi prime hai.
I visited Krishna Kunj too. The RERA documents mention a dual water supply system - municipal connection planned and borewell as backup. Has anyone verified if the municipal connection is actually active or just 'planned' on paper?
Dual supply is good on paper, but the reality is often different. My current society also claims dual, but municipal water barely comes, maybe an hour a day. Borewell is the main source, and it's not always reliable during peak summers.
Maine builder se pucha tha. Unhone bola abhi borewell se hi supply hai, municipal connection ke liye application di hai. Time lagega keh rahe the, so don't expect it soon.
Mere cousin ne nearby project liya tha, 'Krishna Residency' mein. Pehle bola municipal water aayega, ab poora borewell dependent hai aur bill itna aata hai ki kya bataun. Krishna Kunj ka bhi same scene na ho, builders ka bharosa nahi karna chahiye easily.
Krishna Residency ka toh pata nahi, but Krishna Kunj mein developer ne bola hai ki future mein municipal supply connect hoga. Ab kitna sach hai, kaun jane. They show it in their brochures, but no fixed date.
Sach mein yaar, builders ki yahi problem hai. Pehle sab achha dikhate hain, baad mein chhote chhote issues badhe ho jaate hain. Water toh basic need hai, uspar compromise kaise karein?
Oh no, yeh toh bahut serious issue hai. Kya unhone RERA mein complaint nahi ki? Builder ko pakadna chahiye agar unhone galat commit kiya tha.
Krishna Kunj mein water supply ka issue toh sunte hi rehte hain. Premium justify karna mushkil hai agar basic cheezein hi sorted nahi hain. Kya builder ne kuch guarantee di hai water supply par?
Haan, builder ne sirf verbally assurance di hai, likhit mein kuch nahi. Isiliye I'm confused and skeptical.
Bhai, guarantee toh sab dete hain, paper pe kuch aur hota hai. Rajkot mein waise bhi summer mein water issues hote hain, especially in new developments. Krishna Kunj mein to maine suna hai tanker mangana padta hai sometimes, which is a huge recurring cost.
Exactly! Mere ek dost ne bhi wahan dekha tha, usko bhi borewell ka doubt hua tha. Builder bas marketing karta hai, ground reality kuch aur hoti hai yaar.
