Krishna Kunj — looking at a 2BHK there, near 150 Feet Ring Road. Honestly, it's my first time buying, so I'm a bit overwhelmed. The builder (Ansal API) is quoting around ₹68L for a 3BHK on a higher floor. They're adding a decent chunk for PLC and floor rise. Not sure if it's actually worth paying extra for a specific view or floor. Does anyone in Rajkot have experience negotiating these? How much leverage do we really have on these premiums? My parents keep saying builders don't budge much on these extras.
