Krishna Kunj airport hype doesn't justify prices

Krishna Kunj mein traffic ka itna hawa kyon bana rakha hai? I've driven near 150 Feet Ring Road during peak hours, it's manageable, not a nightmare. Everyone glorifies the new airport nearby, but for actual daily commute, does it *really* change anything for Krishna Kunj residents? I've seen this pattern before, new infra takes time to translate into real property value. Current property prices seem a bit high, given the actual commute benefits.
