Okay, I'll say what no one says: the "amenities" in Krishna Kunj feel massively overhyped compared to the actual daily grind. From my experience tracking Rajkot, we're talking about 55L for a decent 2BHK here, but where are the *proper* schools? Not just coaching centres, but established CBSE/ICSE schools within a practical distance. And the food scene? Beyond basic kirana stores, finding a good supermarket or diverse restaurant options means driving quite a bit, usually towards Kalawad Road or 150 Feet Ring Road. The data shows end-users, especially families, drive demand here. But if you're a family with kids, the daily convenience factor seems low for the price point.
