Krishna Kunj appreciation slower than Rajkot's hype
₹78 lakh for a 3BHK in Krishna Kunj was my big bet, possession mili March mein. Main socha tha AIIMS aur Airport ke paas hone se yahan ka rental yield aur appreciation mast hoga. But abhi tak, the market seems a bit slow, especially for rentals. Neighbours se sun raha hoon ki tenants mostly families hain, but finding good ones is tough. My broker ne toh bahut bade numbers bataye the, but ground reality thodi alag lag rahi hai. Actually, I found out that water supply can be an issue here; humare yahan toh tanker mangana padta hai kabhi kabhi, which was not disclosed pehle. This obviously impacts tenant satisfaction and ROI. Is the investment potential really strong here, ya I need to temper my expectations? Any tips for improving rental prospects in Krishna Kunj, ya koi hidden costs jo main miss kar raha hoon?
