Krishna Kunj: Hidden costs after possession hit hard

Maintenance costs in Krishna Kunj are higher than I expected, tbh. I moved into a 2BHK here a couple months back, thought ₹78L was final, but OC aur society formation ke baad kaafi extra kharche hain. RWA charges toh alag hi chal rahe hain. Not sure if yeh normal hai Rajkot mein ya sirf idhar ka issue hai. Has anyone else faced this in their new society?
