3 builders, 5 site visits, 2 months — still no decision on Krishna Kunj. I'm looking for a 3BHK, my budget is around ₹80-90 lakh. I work in real estate, so I know the super area vs carpet area games, but living experience ki baat alag hai. Builders talk about backup generators, but actual power cuts kitne ghante ke hote hain, especially in summer? Aur water supply ka kya scene hai? Municipal water aata hai regularly ya borewell/tanker pe depend karna padta hai? Parking bhi important hai yaar, flats mein usually visitor parking ka issue rehta hai. Is it a smooth ride for families, ya daily struggle hai? I'm trying to get the real picture, off the record.
