Krishna Kunj: Living experience kitna real hai?

Is Krishna Kunj actually livable day-to-day ya sirf brochure mein achha lagta hai? I work in real estate, so I know builders ka marketing kitna gloss over karta hai. Everyone talks about the location and connectivity for Krishna Kunj, but nobody talks about the actual living experience. Matlab, off the record, is it peaceful ya traffic se pareshaan ho jaoge? I need real resident reviews, not sales pitches. I'm looking for my own 2BHK there, budget around ₹60-70L. Builder ka sales guy toh sab sahi batata hai, but water supply ka kya haal hai? Municipal water aata hai ya borewell pe depend karna padta hai? Aur power cuts ka kitna issue hai? Backup kitna reliable hai? Change my mind if I'm wrong about these daily struggles. Disagree?
