Krishna Kunj keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. I'm looking at a 3BHK around ₹90L, maybe from Balaji Group or Madhav Group. From my experience, maintenance charges can seriously eat into your ROI. My last property had a useless RWA and crazy parking issues. Is the RWA in Krishna Kunj actually effective, or just another fee? Also, how's the power situation? Are cuts frequent, or is DG backup reliable? Don't want to get stuck with high charges and bad service for years.
