Krishna Kunj maintenance charges: my latest frustration
Visited a few projects in Krishna Kunj last week, looking for a smaller 2BHK flat. My kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore, just something manageable. Honestly, the societies look good from outside, amenities bhi theek lag rahe hain. But a builder agent quoted maintenance charges for a 2BHK that felt very high, like ₹4-5k per month. For a 2BHK in Rajkot, it just sounds crazy expensive, no? And he wasn't clear about what it actually covers. Is this normal for Krishna Kunj, ya fir sirf wahi builder ka issue hai? I'm worried about hidden costs once we move in. Plus, RWA ki effectiveness bhi important hai. Pata chala sab paise le rahe hain but kaam kuch nahi ho raha. Any experiences with high maintenance or non-cooperative RWAs here? Planning to sell my current big house, so want to avoid future headaches. What's the scene with society management generally? Bilkul nahi chahiye ki baad mein pata chale ki they just hike charges arbitrarily. Any advice?
