Did a site visit to Krishna Kunj last week. Everyone talks about the amenities, but builder maintenance claims are pure fiction, honestly. Parking bhi bas naam ka hai, real battle hai daily. Is it worth the premium? Change my mind.

Yaar, ye builders ki common trick hai. My friend booked in another project nearby, 'Shanti Residency', same story. Maintenance charges high, but services zero. Does anyone know if Krishna Kunj has a RERA number for this specific phase? Sometimes they launch in phases to avoid scrutiny.

Totally relate! Humne bhi Krishna Kunj ka site visit kiya tha, amenities dikhaate hain bade bade, but andar ki kahani kuch aur hi lag rahi thi.
