Krishna Kunj maintenance: Is this normal for Rajkot?

Okay, I'll be honest – I'm pretty annoyed about the hidden costs in Krishna Kunj. Moved into my 3BHK last month, possession was in March. Madhav Group quoted ₹2.5/sqft for maintenance. Now the RWA demands almost ₹4/sqft! They blame DG backup and water treatment costs. But power cuts aren't frequent, and water quality isn't stellar. This feels like a bait-and-switch, things nobody told me. Are these high charges typical for societies around Kalawad Road or 150 Feet Ring Road? Did others in Rajkot face this? What did you do?
