Construction-linked payment plans in Rajkot are a total sham sometimes. Just moved into my 3BHK at Krishna Kunj, Ansal API ka project hai. Possession ke time pata chala, last 10% payment aur completion ka gap bohot zyada tha. EMI toh start ho gayi, but finishing mein time laga. Phir maintenance deposit aur utility connections ke charges alag se. Nobody tells you about these hidden costs. Pura budget end mein hil gaya.
