₹95 lakh for a 3BHK in Krishna Kunj. Sab price ki baat karte hain, but koi schools aur hospitals ki quality pe baat nahi karta kya? Honestly, I'm looking at properties near 150 Feet Ring Road, aur Krishna Kunj mein kaafi options mil rahe hain. Par, I'm finding it really hard to get proper info on the *actual* quality of schools for kids and good multi-specialty hospitals nearby. Sab kehte hain 'everything is close by', but is it really? Or just basic clinics? Meri parents toh bolte hain health aur education sabse important hai, aur mujhe lagta hai log bas connectivity aur builder ka naam dekhte hain. Madhav Group ya Balaji Group ke projects mein bhi, kya real mein top schools ya emergency hospital access hai? Ya bas 'chal jaayega' wala scene hai?
