Krishna Kunj: Real-world power cuts and internet signal?

Not proud of this but I'm finally taking the plunge after years of renting. My landlord raised rent again, fed up. Looking at 2BHKs in Krishna Kunj, maybe a Balaji Group project around Mota Mava. Budget's around ₹60L. I'm worried about basic stuff though. How's the power situation? Are cuts frequent, especially during summer? And what about internet and mobile signal inside apartments? Don't want to struggle with work calls. Any real-world experiences with these in Krishna Kunj?
