₹78 lakh for a 3BHK in Krishna Kunj feels high, even after knowing builder margins. I'm in real estate, but for my own home, I'm digging deep. What's the scene with power cuts there? And parking, is it a daily battle for guests? Builders promise DG backup, but ground reality kya hai?
