Honestly, I work in real estate but buying for myself is totally different. Eyeing a 3BHK in Krishna Kunj, Rajkot. Builders promise seamless water/power, but what's the actual ground reality? How's municipal water supply and power reliability? Is parking a daily battle or manageable? Need candid resident experiences.
