Society maintenance costs are just getting out of hand everywhere. I'm looking at flats in Krishna Kunj, Rajkot, kids have moved out, so don't need a huge place. But yaar, maintenance kitna hai udhar? Is the RWA actually effective? Looking for a peaceful society with good amenities. Also, community feel kaisa hai?

Yaar, maintenance ka toh sach mein darr lagta hai. Krishna Kunj mein bhi itna high hai kya? Main bhi Rajkot mein dekh raha hoon, but budget tight hai.
