₹8000 maintenance per month in Krishna Kunj is killing me, yaar. I bought a 2BHK from Madhav Group last year, thinking my EMI was the only big expense. But ab toh har month kuch naya charge aa jaata hai. Society ne bol diya water tanker ka extra, DG backup ka alag, aur parking ke liye bhi ek hidden charge nikla. My parents keep saying new societies always have these issues, but I had no idea it'd be this much. Honestly, it feels like they quote one price, and then add on so much after possession. Is this normal? Kya sab log Rajkot mein aise hi deal karte hain with these hidden costs? Or is it just my society RWA being super inefficient? Confused hoon, should I challenge them?

Yaar, ye toh common problem hai. Meri society mein bhi same drama. Builder ne pehle sab chhupa diya, ab RWA ne rates badha diye. It's like they wait for you to be locked in.
